About Ezy Homes

Ezy Homes (Australia) Pty Ltd has been supplying and erecting steel pole homes since 2000.

The Company’s National Head Office is located at 54 York St, Beenleigh, Queensland.

Ezy Homes specialise in the design and supply of steel pole homes, that suit a wide range of building sites. Our unique construction system is the application of industrial construction techniques to residential projects.

Our structural steel frame – columns, floor structure & roof structure, forms the structural base from which a house can be constructed using industry standard construction techniques, typically, non loadbearing timber framed walls.

All of the frame components are pre-engineered, factory cut and drilled – so that it simply bolts together on-site. We offer our homes in a kit form, which is easily erected by the home handyman or tradesman alike. Optionally, we have a national network of builders who can do some – or all of the construction work.

Ezy Homes are flexible in design, allowing clients to modify our basic plans to suit their personal requirements. In fact, no two Ezy Homes are ever exactly the same. We say, be limited only by your imagination (and budget).

Ezy Homes has been proven to be large enough to meet the demands of major projects, such as Springfield Lakes, Collingwood Park, and Lae PNG – yet pride themselves and being small enough to provide clients with the personal and prompt attention, that their past clients have enjoyed.

Ezy Homes is privately owned and proudly 100% Australian. Our goal is to supply quality housing at an affordable price, on building sites that other companies make it unaffordable to build.
